Almond Flour Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 T Sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 T water
- 4 T almond oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients, stirring to combine (be sure to break up any lumps in the flour and/or sugar)
- Shape dough into 24 1-inch balls. Space balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten to about 1cm thickness with a fork
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden
- Remove from oven and cool on sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.
