The six item gift basket contains one bag each of roasted salted pistachios, natural almonds, chocolate covered almonds, roasted salted almonds, plus another bag of each a salted and a candied flavored almond.  All displayed in a basket wrapped with cellophane and topped with a beautiful bow.  If being shipped, product may not resemble picture perfectly.

NEW SALAD MIX great to put on your salad or just eat as a snack. It contains roasted slivered almonds, tangy tomato almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and raisins.  Several valley resturants serve this on their salads. Check out our delicious Valley Harvest Mix Oatmeal Cookie recipe below: Valley Harvest Mix Cookies ¾ cup REAL butter 1 cup Brown Sugar ½ cup Granulated Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Flour 1 tsp Sea Salt ½ tsp Baking Soda 3 cups Old Fashion Oatmeal 1 ½ cup Valley Harvest Mix (locally grown almonds, raisins, sunflower and pumpkin seeds) Thoroughly blend butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly roll in oatmeal and Valley Harvest Mix and drop heaping spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
